How often should the WP Owners Group meet ?

No One wants to be burdened with too many meetings.

For 3 Years now (2022-2025), we've been dealing with the Stair & Railing Capital Improvement Project (Insurance Emergency Requirement).

Something is Not Right with the Contract Execution on both the Contractor and/or WPCA Board of Directors!!
